कलेक्टर पहुंचे सुशासन शिविर में,लोगों की समस्याओं का किया समाधान
स्वीकृति के बाद भी आवास निर्माण शुरू नहीं करने वालों को दी हिदायत
बिलासपुर, 20 दिसम्बर/कलेक्टर संजय अग्रवाल और जिला पंचायत सीईओ संदीप अग्रवाल ने सुशासन सप्ताह के अंतर्गत ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में आयोजित किए जा रहे समाधान शिविरों का जायज़ा लिया। उन्होंने बिल्हा ब्लॉक के दो ग्राम रहंगी और मुढ़ीपार का दौरा कर शिविर में मिल रहे समस्याओं और इनके निराकरण की फील्ड स्तर पर समीक्षा की। शिविर में पहुंचे ग्रामीणों से चर्चा कर उनकी समस्याएं सुनी और इनके निराकरण के निर्देश दिए। रहंगी के पंचायत भवन में शिविर आयोजित थी। बड़ी संख्या में लोग विभिन्न कामों को लेकर पहुंचे थे। ग्राम में करीब साढ़े 9 सौ लोगों के आयुष्मान कार्ड नहीं बने हैं। इसके लिए विशेष शिविर लगाकर सबका कार्ड बनाने को कहा। बताया गया कि ग्राम में दो बच्चियां कुपोषित हैं। उन्हें पोषण पुनर्वास केन्द्र में भर्ती कराकर स्वस्थ करने के निर्देश कार्यकर्ता को दिए। पंचायत भवन के सामने अवैध कब्जे को हटाने को भी कलेक्टर ने कहा है। कलेक्टर ने शिविर में मौजूद किसानों से पूछा कि धान बेचने में कोई दिक्कत तो नहीं है। किसानों ने कहा कि सुगमता से बिक्री हो रही है। उन्होंने सरपंच से चर्चा कर गांव के विकास कार्य और सामान्य हालचाल की जानकारी ली। कलेक्टर इसके बाद आगे ग्राम मुढ़ीपार पहुंचे। उन्होंने यहां प्रमुख रूप से पीएम आवास का मुआयना किया। मणिशंकर श्रीवास नाम के हितग्राही ने स्वीकृत राशि में अपनी बचत और लोन मिलकर बड़े आकार के और सुंदर आवास बना रहे हैं। उन्होंने हितग्राही की प्रशंसा करते हुए उनसे काफी देर तक चर्चा की। गांव में 8 हितग्राही किश्त मिलने के बाद भी मकान निर्माण कार्य शुरू नहीं किए हैं। कलेक्टर ने उनमें से एक जितेंद्र रात्रे के घर पहुंचकर इसका कारण जानना चाहा। उन्होंने ऐसे सभी हितग्राहियों से पंद्रह दिनों में कार्य शुरू करने की चेतावनी दी, अन्यथा सरकारी राशि की वसूली की जाएगी।ग्रामीण इलाकों में इस तरह के सुशासन शिविर 25 दिसम्बर तक संचालित किए जाएंगे। दौरे में सहायक कलेक्टर अरविन्थ कुमारन और जनपद सीईओ कुमार लहरें भी साथ थे।
