बिलासपुर में ‘पटाखा’ बुलेट पर पुलिस का प्रहार, 24 वाहन जप्त, साइलेंसर भी उखाड़े
बिलासपुर। शहर की सड़कों पर शोर मचाने वाले और बिना नंबर प्लेट के घूमने वाले रईसजादों पर बिलासपुर पुलिस ने शिकंजा कसना शुरू कर दिया है। वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक (SSP) के निर्देश पर जिले के आधा दर्जन थानों ने मिलकर एक साथ की कार्यवाही जिसमें 24 बुलेट मोटरसाइकिलें पकड़ी गईं।
जांच के दौरान पाया गया कि युवा अपनी बुलेट में मॉडिफाइड साइलेंसर लगाकर बम जैसे पटाखे फोड़ रहे थे, जिससे राह चलते बुजुर्गों और मरीजों में दहशत का माहौल था। पुलिस ने न केवल गाड़ियाँ जप्त कीं, बल्कि मौके पर ही साइलेंसर निकलवाकर उन्हें कानूनी कार्रवाई के दायरे में लिया। सिविल लाइन और सरकंडा क्षेत्र में सबसे ज्यादा कार्रवाई हुई। पुलिस का कहना है कि यह अभियान तब तक चलेगा जब तक सड़कों से यह शोर पूरी तरह खत्म न हो जाए।
बिलासपुर जिले में शांति व्यवस्था और यातायात नियमों के कड़ाई से पालन हेतु चलाए गए विशेष अभियान के तहत निम्नलिखित बिंदुओं पर कार्रवाई की गई है:
उद्देश्य: मॉडिफाइड साइलेंसर से होने वाले ध्वनि प्रदूषण को रोकना एवं बिना नंबर प्लेट के संदिग्ध वाहनों की पहचान करना।
कानूनी आधार: संबंधित वाहन चालकों के विरुद्ध BNSS (भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता) एवं मोटर व्हीकल एक्ट के अंतर्गत प्रकरण
पंजीबद्ध किए गए हैं।
कार्यवाही का विवरण:
थाना सिविल लाइन: 10 बुलेट
थाना सरकंडा: 07 बुलेट
थाना तारबहार, तोरवा एवं कोतवाली: 02-02 बुलेट
थाना सकरी: 01 बुलेट
निर्देश: सभी थाना प्रभारियों को निर्देशित किया गया है कि वे अपने क्षेत्रों में सघन चेकिंग जारी रखें और नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वालों पर सख्त वैधानिक कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित करें।
