बिलासपुर केंद्रीय रेलवे अस्पताल में जल संकट: पानी को तरस रहे मरीज, गंदगी से बढ़ा संक्रमण का खतरा
बिलासपुर दक्षिण पूर्व मध्य रेलवे के बिलासपुर स्थित केंद्रीय चिकित्सालय में बुनियादी सुविधाओं का बुरा हाल है। अस्पताल में पानी की किल्लत के कारण भर्ती मरीजों और उनके परिजनों में हाहाकार मचा हुआ है। गंभीर बीमारियों से जूझ रहे मरीज अब दैनिक जरूरतों और पीने के पानी की एक-एक बूंद के लिए तरस रहे हैं।
बूंद-बूंद पानी को मोहताज मरीज
अस्पताल के वार्डों में जल आपूर्ति ठप होने से मरीजों को बेहद कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। परिजनों को पीने का पानी बाहर से खरीदकर लाना पड़ रहा है। पानी के अभाव में अस्पताल की व्यवस्था पूरी तरह चरमरा गई है, जिससे तीमारदार और मरीज बेहद परेशान हैं।
शौचालयों में नारकीय स्थिति और बदबू
पानी न होने की वजह से वार्डों से लगे शौचालयों में गंदगी का अंबार लग गया है। सफाई न होने से शौचालयों से उठती बदबू के कारण वार्डों में बैठना तक मुश्किल हो गया है। एक तरफ जहां अस्पताल का माहौल संक्रमण मुक्त होना चाहिए, वहीं इस गंदगी से मरीजों में नए संक्रमण फैलने का गंभीर खतरा बन गया है।
प्रशासन की चुप्पी और शून्य जवाबदेही
इस जल संकट और बदहाली पर अस्पताल प्रबंधन पूरी तरह बेखबर और गैर-जवाबदेह बना हुआ है। मरीजों द्वारा शिकायत करने के बावजूद न तो डॉक्टर इस ओर ध्यान दे रहे हैं और न ही प्रशासनिक अधिकारी कोई ठोस कदम उठा रहे हैं। जिम्मेदारी से भागने के इस रवैये से मरीजों और रेल कर्मचारियों में भारी आक्रोश है।
