बिल्हानगर में पल्स पोलियो अभियान का शुभारंभ: बच्चों को पिलाई गई ‘दो बूंद जिंदगी की’
बिल्हानगर। छत्तीसगढ़ शासन द्वारा बच्चों के बेहतर स्वास्थ्य और सुरक्षित भविष्य को सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से 3 से 5 वर्ष तक के बच्चों के लिए पल्स पोलियो प्रतिरक्षण अभियान की शुरुआत की गई है। इस अभियान के तहत बच्चों को पोलियो की दो बूंद खुराक पिलाकर उन्हें इस गंभीर बीमारी से मुक्त और स्वस्थ रखने का एक बड़ा बीड़ा उठाया गया है।
इसी कड़ी में आज बिल्हानगर के वार्ड नंबर 12 स्थित आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र में पल्स पोलियो टीकाकरण कार्यक्रम का भव्य शुभारंभ किया गया। कार्यक्रम में रोहिणी अग्रवाल ने बच्चों को पोलियो की खुराक पिलाकर अभियान की शुरुआत की। इस दौरान उन्होंने नन्हे बालक रुद्रांश अग्रवाल एवं बालिका जानवी अग्रवाल को अपने हाथों से पोलियो की दवाई पिलाई और उनके उत्तम स्वास्थ्य की कामना की।
इस अवसर पर रोहिणी अग्रवाल ने वार्डवासियों से अपील की कि वे अपने 3 से 5 वर्ष तक के सभी बच्चों को पास के आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र या पोलिंग बूथ पर ले जाकर पोलियो की खुराक अवश्य पिलाएं, ताकि कोई भी बच्चा इस सुरक्षा चक्र से वंचित न रहे। कार्यक्रम में स्थानीय नागरिक, आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ता उपस्थित रही।
