ब्युरो रिपोट उमाशंकर शुक्ला
राजनांदगांव स्टेशन पर सिग्नल केबल क्षतिग्रस्त करने वाले HDD मशीन चालक पर रेलवे सुरक्षा बल की बड़ी कार्रवाई, चालक गिरफ्तार एवं मशीन जब्त।
दपूमरे, नागपुर मंडल – 30 जून 2026 रेलवे सुरक्षा बल, दक्षिण पूर्व मध्य रेलवे, नागपुर मंडल द्वारा रेल परिचालन की सुरक्षा एवं समयबद्धता सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से रेल संपत्ति को नुकसान पहुंचाने वाले व्यक्तियों के विरुद्ध लगातार सख्त कार्रवाई की जा रही है। मंडल सुरक्षा आयुक्त, रेलवे सुरक्षा बल, दक्षिण पूर्व मध्य रेलवे, नागपुर श्री चेतन दिलीपराव जिचकार के निर्देशन एवं मार्गदर्शन में इस प्रकार के मामलों पर विशेष अभियान चलाया जा रहा है।
इसी क्रम में दिनांक 28 जून 2026 को राजनांदगांव स्टेशन के न्यू प्लेटफॉर्म के समीप किमी संख्या 896/25-27 पर स्थित 30×2 एवं 12×2 सिग्नल कोर केबल क्षतिग्रस्त होने की सूचना प्राप्त हुई। मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए रेलवे सुरक्षा बल, राजनांदगांव की प्रभारी निरीक्षक श्रीमती तरुणा साहू अपनी टीम के साथ तत्काल घटनास्थल पर पहुंचीं और जांच प्रारंभ की।
जांच में पाया गया कि पावर मेक इंफ्रा लिमिटेड द्वारा रेलवे की पूर्व अनुमति प्राप्त किए बिना रेलवे भूमि पर HDD मशीन के माध्यम से खुदाई कार्य कराया जा रहा था। इस दौरान मशीन चालक की लापरवाही के कारण सिग्नल कोर केबल क्षतिग्रस्त हो गई, जिससे रेल परिचालन प्रभावित हुआ।
रेलवे सुरक्षा बल ने संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों की उपस्थिति में नियमानुसार कार्रवाई करते हुए HDD मशीन को जब्त कर लिया तथा मशीन चालक संजय राम (आयु 34 वर्ष), निवासी जिला सुपौल (बिहार) को गिरफ्तार कर उसके विरुद्ध रेल अधिनियम के प्रावधानों के तहत अपराध पंजीबद्ध कर विधिसम्मत कार्रवाई की।
इस घटना के कारण लगभग 2 घंटे 18 मिनट तक रेल परिचालन प्रभावित रहा। इसके चलते गाड़ी संख्या 12152, 15231, LAE BTPN एवं N/BOX (N-873) प्रभावित हुईं।
वरिष्ठ अनुभाग अभियंता (सिग्नल) के मार्गदर्शन में क्षतिग्रस्त केबल की त्वरित मरम्मत कर उसे अस्थायी रूप से दूसरे पैनल में स्थानांतरित किया गया, जिसके उपरांत रेल परिचालन पुनः सुचारु रूप से प्रारंभ कर दिया गया।
रेलवे सुरक्षा बल ने स्पष्ट किया है कि रेलवे की संपत्ति को क्षति पहुंचाने, बिना अनुमति रेलवे क्षेत्र में कार्य करने अथवा रेल परिचालन में बाधा उत्पन्न करने वाले व्यक्तियों एवं संस्थाओं के विरुद्ध भविष्य में भी कठोर वैधानिक कार्रवाई जारी रहेगी। दक्षिण पूर्व मध्य रेलवे यात्रियों की सुरक्षा, संरक्षा एवं निर्बाध रेल परिचालन सुनिश्चित करने के लिए पूर्णतः प्रतिबद्ध है।
