बर्थडे पार्टी के बहाने बुलाकर अश्लील वीडियो बनाया और मांगी 1 लाख की फिरौती; महिला आरोपी गिरफ्तार
बिलासपुर: पुलिस महानिरीक्षक बिलासपुर रेंज और पुलिस अधीक्षक बिलासपुर के निर्देशानुसार, जिले में अपराध एवं अपराधियों के विरुद्ध चलाए जा रहे अभियान के तहत थाना पचपेड़ी पुलिस ने ब्लैकमेलिंग और जबरन वसूली (Extortion) के मामले में एक महिला आरोपी को गिरफ्तार करने में सफलता प्राप्त की है।
घटना का संक्षिप्त विवरण
मामले का विवरण इस प्रकार है कि प्रार्थी ने थाना पचपेड़ी में लिखित शिकायत दर्ज कराई कि दिनांक 01.02.2026 को आरोपिया रोशनी खुंटे ने अपने बेटे के जन्मदिन की पार्टी के बहाने प्रार्थी और उसकी एक महिला मित्र को अपने घर ग्राम धुर्वाकारी बुलाया था। षडयंत्र के तहत आरोपी महिला ने अपने परिवार के सदस्यों को घर से बाहर भेज दिया और प्रार्थी व उसकी मित्र को एकांत उपलब्ध कराया।
जब प्रार्थी और उसकी मित्र कमरे में थे, तब आरोपिया ने चोरी-छिपे उनका अश्लील वीडियो बना लिया। इसके पश्चात, आरोपिया रोशनी खुंटे ने प्रार्थी के मोबाइल पर वीडियो के स्क्रीनशॉट भेजकर उसे धमकाना शुरू कर दिया। आरोपिया ने वीडियो वायरल न करने के एवज में 1,00,000 (एक लाख) रुपये की मांग की और लगातार मानसिक दबाव बनाकर जबरन वसूली का प्रयास किया।
पुलिस कार्यवाही
प्रार्थी की रिपोर्ट पर तत्काल संज्ञान लेते हुए थाना पचपेड़ी में भारतीय न्याय संहिता (BNS) की धारा 308(2) के तहत अपराध पंजीबद्ध किया गया। पुलिस टीम ने त्वरित कार्यवाही करते हुए घेराबंदी कर आरोपिया को हिरासत में लिया। पूछताछ के दौरान आरोपिया ने अपना जुर्म स्वीकार कर लिया है।
गिरफ्तार आरोपिया:
रोशनी खुंटे, पति करन खुंटे (28 वर्ष), निवासी हेड़सपुर (पामगढ़), हाल मुकाम धुर्वाकारी, थाना पचपेड़ी, जिला बिलासपुर।आरोपिया के विरुद्ध वैधानिक कार्यवाही करते हुए उसे न्यायिक रिमांड पर भेजा गया है। साथ ही, क्षेत्र में शांति व्यवस्था बनाए रखने हेतु पृथक से प्रतिबंधात्मक कार्यवाही भी की गई है।
