सेमरताल शासकीय पशु औषधालय में अव्यवस्था का आलम, ग्रामीणों में भारी आक्रोश
बिलासपुर। जिला मुख्यालय से सटे ग्राम सेमरताल स्थित शासकीय पशु औषधालय इन दिनों अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों की लापरवाही का शिकार बना हुआ है। अव्यवस्था के चलते क्षेत्र के पशुपालकों और आम जनता को भारी परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।
ग्रामीण गोपाल सिंह ने बताया कि औषधालय में न तो समय पर डॉक्टर उपलब्ध रहते हैं और न ही शासन द्वारा चलाई जा रही जनकल्याणकारी पशुपालन योजनाओं की कोई जानकारी दी जाती है। केंद्र अधिकांश समय बंद रहता है और ताला लटका मिलता है। ग्रामीणों का आरोप है कि अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी केवल कागजी खानापूर्ति करने के लिए कभी-कभार ही यहाँ आते हैं।
अस्पताल की इस लचर कार्यप्रणाली से पशुपालकों के मवेशियों का समय पर इलाज नहीं हो पा रहा है, जिससे गाँव वालों में गहरा असंतोष और आक्रोश व्याप्त है। ग्रामीणों का स्पष्ट कहना है कि यदि जल्द ही पशु औषधालय की व्यवस्थाओं में सुधार नहीं किया गया और जिम्मेदार कर्मचारियों पर कार्रवाई नहीं हुई, तो वे एकजुट होकर उच्च अधिकारियों से इसकी लिखित शिकायत करेंगे।
ग्रामीणों ने शासन-प्रशासन से मांग की है कि केंद्र में डॉक्टर की नियमित उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित की जाए ताकि पशुधन की सुरक्षा और योजनाओं का लाभ समय पर मिल सके।
