जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी का तबादला हुआ, लेकिन शिक्षा विभाग के विवादों पर संघर्ष जारी रहेगा – अंकित गौरहा
बिलासपुर। जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी विजय टांडे के स्थानांतरण को कांग्रेस नेता अंकित गौरहा ने शिक्षा विभाग में जवाबदेही और पारदर्शिता की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कदम बताया है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह किसी एक प्रशासनिक निर्णय का परिणाम नहीं, बल्कि शिक्षा विभाग में कथित अनियमितताओं, भ्रष्टाचार और मनमानी के खिलाफ पिछले कई महीनों से चलाए जा रहे लगातार संघर्ष की शुरुआती सफलता है।
अंकित गौरहा ने कहा कि उन्होंने समय-समय पर जिला शिक्षा विभाग में युक्तियुक्तकरण, अनुकंपा नियुक्ति, शिक्षकों के अटैचमेंट, पदोन्नति संशोधन और प्रशासनिक निर्णयों में कथित अनियमितताओं को लेकर लगातार आवाज उठाई है। इन मामलों से संबंधित दस्तावेजों के साथ उन्होंने कलेक्टर, संभाग आयुक्त, संयुक्त संचालक, लोक शिक्षण संचालनालय, शिक्षा सचिव एवं शासन स्तर तक कई शिकायतें प्रस्तुत कर जिला शिक्षा विजय टांडे और बाबु सुनील यादव पर जांच और निष्पक्ष कार्रवाई की मांग की थी।
गौराहा ने कहा कि हाल ही में उन्होंने जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी कार्यालय में कथित रूप से हाईकोर्ट और लोक शिक्षण संचालनालय (DPI) के आदेशों की अवहेलना कर पदोन्नति संशोधन और पदस्थापना में की गई अनियमितताओं की शिकायत भी प्रशासन को सौंपी थी। इस मामले में उन्होंने आरोप लगाया था कि नियमों को दरकिनार कर कुछ शिक्षकों को लाभ पहुंचाने का प्रयास किया गया, जिसकी जांच अभी भी आवश्यक है।
उन्होंने कहा कि शिक्षा विभाग में युक्तियुक्तकरण की प्रक्रिया से लेकर अनुकंपा नियुक्तियों तक अनेक मामलों में गंभीर प्रश्न खड़े हुए हैं। विशेष रूप से अनुकंपा नियुक्तियों को लेकर प्राप्त शिकायतों में अपात्र लोगों को लाभ पहुंचाने के आरोप सामने आए हैं, जिनकी निष्पक्ष जांच होना अभी बाकी है।
अंकित गौरहा ने स्पष्ट कहा कि “केवल एक अधिकारी का स्थानांतरण ही अंतिम समाधान नहीं है। जिन मामलों में नियमों की अनदेखी हुई है और जिन लोगों ने गलत तरीके से लाभ प्राप्त किया है, उनकी भी जांच होनी चाहिए। जब तक पूरे मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच कर जिम्मेदार लोगों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई नहीं होती, तब तक हमारा संघर्ष जारी रहेगा।
उन्होंने कहा कि शिक्षा विभाग में पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही सुनिश्चित करना आवश्यक है, क्योंकि इसका सीधा संबंध हजारों शिक्षकों और विद्यार्थियों के भविष्य से जुड़ा हुआ है। उन्होंने उम्मीद जताई कि शासन और प्रशासन शेष शिकायतों पर भी गंभीरता से कार्रवाई करेगा।
