बिलासपुर। बेलतरा विधानसभा क्षेत्र में लगातार सामने आ रहे अवैध रेत और मुरुम , मिट्टी खनन के मामलों को लेकर कांग्रेस नेता अंकित गौरहा ने एक बार फिर भाजपा सरकार और प्रशासन पर गंभीर सवाल खड़े किए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि पिछले कई वर्षों से वे कछार, सेंदरी और लोफंदी में हो रहे कथित अवैध रेत उत्खनन के खिलाफ लगातार आवाज उठाते रहे हैं। इस संबंध में कई बार शिकायतें, ज्ञापन और जनआंदोलन किए गए, लेकिन प्रभावी कार्रवाई के अभाव में अवैध खनन का दायरा लगातार बढ़ता गया।
पेड़ की कटाई कर अवैध उत्खनन
अंकित गौरहा ने कहा कि अब ग्राम पंचायत खैरा-डंगनिया के सागौन जंगल में पेड़ो को काटकर अवैध मुरुम खनन किया जा रहा हैं।बेलतरा में प्राकृतिक संसाधनों की सुरक्षा पूरी तरह सवालों के घेरे में है। पहले नदियों का सीना छलनी किया गया, फिर खेत, खलिहान और तालाबों को नुकसान पहुंचा, कब्रिस्तानों तक को नहीं छोड़ा गया और अब जंगलों तक बुलडोजर पहुंचने की खबरें सामने आ रही हैं।
भाजपा नेता सत्ता संरक्षण में कर रहे हैं अवैध उत्खनन
उन्होंने कहा कि यह केवल अवैध खनन का मामला नहीं बल्कि पर्यावरण,वन संपदा और आने वाली पीढ़ियों के भविष्य से जुड़ा गंभीर विषय है। आखिर बार-बार शिकायतों के बावजूद ऐसे मामलों पर प्रभावी कार्रवाई सिर्फ इसलिए नहीं हो रही है क्योंकि भारतीय जनता पार्टी के नेता ही सत्ता के संरक्षण में लगातार खनन कर रहे है। बेलतरा की प्राकृतिक संपदा का लगातार दोहन किया जा रहा है।सत्ता में बैठे जनप्रतिनिधियों और अधिकारियों कि मिली भगत में सब हो रहा है
विरोध और संघर्ष जारी रहेगा
गौरहा ने कहा कि कांग्रेस पार्टी बेलतरा की जनता के साथ खड़ी है और जल,जंगल एवं जमीन की रक्षा के लिए लगातार संघर्ष करती रहेगी। उन्होंने जिला प्रशासन से मांग की कि कछार,सेंदरी,लोफंदी तथा ग्राम पंचायत खैरा डंगनिया सहित पूरे बेलतरा क्षेत्र में अवैध रेत एवं मुरुम खनन की उच्चस्तरीय और निष्पक्ष जांच कराई जाए तथा जिनकी संलिप्तता पाई जाती है तो उसके विरुद्ध कठोर कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाए।
प्रकृति की रक्षा करना हम सब की सामूहिक जिम्मेदारी
उन्होंने कहा कि बेलतरा के लोग विकास के विरोधी नहीं हैं, लेकिन विकास के नाम पर प्राकृतिक संसाधनों का विनाश किसी भी कीमत पर स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा। जल, जंगल और जमीन केवल आज की नहीं बल्कि आने वाली पीढ़ियों की अमानत हैं और उनकी रक्षा करना हम सबकी सामूहिक जिम्मेदारी है।
