लोक परीक्षा (अनुचित साधन निवारण) संशोधन विधेयक, 2026 का स्वागत, युवाओं के भविष्य की सुरक्षा की दिशा में ऐतिहासिक कदम – विभा अवस्थी
बिलासपुर। छत्तीसगढ़ भाजपा महिला मोर्चा की प्रदेश अध्यक्ष विभा अवस्थी एवं महिला मोर्चा की प्रदेश मीडिया प्रभारी प्रियंका गिरी ने लोकसभा में पारित लोक परीक्षा (अनुचित साधन निवारण) संशोधन विधेयक, 2026 का स्वागत करते हुए इसे देश के करोड़ों युवाओं के भविष्य की सुरक्षा, पारदर्शी परीक्षा व्यवस्था और ईमानदार प्रतिभाओं को संरक्षण देने वाला ऐतिहासिक निर्णय बताया है।
प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के नेतृत्व में युवाओं के हितों की रक्षा
विभा अवस्थी ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में केंद्र सरकार युवाओं के हितों की रक्षा के लिए निरंतर ठोस और दूरदर्शी फैसले ले रही है। प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं में वर्षों की मेहनत करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों के साथ किसी भी प्रकार का अन्याय स्वीकार्य नहीं है।
“प्रश्नपत्र लीक, नकल माफिया और संगठित परीक्षा अपराधों पर प्रभावी अंकुश लगाने के लिए यह संशोधन अत्यंत आवश्यक था। इससे परीक्षा प्रक्रिया की विश्वसनीयता और पारदर्शिता और अधिक मजबूत होगी।”

उन्होंने कहा कि संशोधन विधेयक के माध्यम से परीक्षा संबंधी अपराधों पर कठोर दंडात्मक प्रावधान किए गए हैं, जिससे परीक्षा माफिया और अनियमितताओं में शामिल गिरोहों के विरुद्ध सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित होगी। साथ ही परीक्षा आयोजित करने वाली एजेंसियों एवं सेवा प्रदाताओं की जवाबदेही भी बढ़ेगी, जिससे पूरी व्यवस्था अधिक उत्तरदायी और भरोसेमंद बनेगी।
निष्पक्ष अवसर और विकसित भारत का संकल्प
प्रदेश मीडिया प्रभारी प्रियंका गिरी ने कहा कि भाजपा सरकार का उद्देश्य प्रत्येक योग्य और मेहनती युवा को निष्पक्ष अवसर उपलब्ध कराना है।
- पारदर्शी और सुरक्षित प्रणाली: नई शिक्षा नीति, कौशल विकास, डिजिटल पारदर्शिता और रोजगार के अवसरों के विस्तार के साथ परीक्षा प्रणाली को भी पूरी तरह सुरक्षित एवं पारदर्शी बनाने की दिशा में यह संशोधन एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल है। इससे युवाओं का विश्वास और अधिक मजबूत होगा तथा प्रतिभा के साथ न्याय सुनिश्चित होगा।
- युवाओं की भूमिका: विकसित भारत के निर्माण में युवाओं की भूमिका सबसे महत्वपूर्ण है। इसलिए उनकी मेहनत और योग्यता की रक्षा करना सरकार की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकताओं में शामिल है।
प्रियंका गिरी ने कहा कि लोक परीक्षा (अनुचित साधन निवारण) संशोधन विधेयक, 2026 इसी संकल्प को साकार करने वाला प्रभावी कदम है, जो परीक्षा संबंधी अनियमितताओं पर कठोर प्रहार करते हुए ईमानदार एवं प्रतिभाशाली युवाओं के हितों की रक्षा करेगा।
