बिलासपुर पुलिस की बड़ी कार्रवाई: हाईवे पर डीजल लूटने वाले संगठित गिरोह के 3 शातिर आरोपी गिरफ्तार
बिलासपुर। जिले की बिलासपुर पुलिस ने हाईवे किनारे खड़ी ट्रकों और ट्रेलरों को निशाना बनाकर डीजल लूटने वाले एक अंतर-जिला संगठित गिरोह का पर्दाफाश किया है। पुलिस ने गिरोह के 3 शातिर आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार करने में सफलता हासिल की है। इनके पास से घटना में प्रयुक्त स्कार्पियो व रेनॉल्ट ट्राइबर वाहन, धारदार चाकू, नगदी रकम और 74 लीटर डीजल जब्त किया गया है।
मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक (SSP) श्री रजनेश सिंह (भा.पु.से.) के निर्देश पर ए.सी.सी.यू. (ACCU) और थाना सिरगिट्टी स्टाफ की एक विशेष संयुक्त टीम का गठन किया गया था। टीम ने सीसीटीवी फुटेज, तकनीकी साक्ष्यों और पुराने रिकॉर्ड्स का गहन विश्लेषण करने के बाद अलग-अलग ठिकानों पर दबिश देकर इन आरोपियों को दबोचा।
पकड़े गए आरोपियों के नाम:
संजय कुमार कुर्रे (उम्र 30 वर्ष) – निवासी: ग्राम बगडबरी, थाना बलौदा, जिला जांजगीर-चांपा।
मणीशंकर कुर्रे (उम्र 24 वर्ष) – निवासी: ग्राम बगडबरी, थाना बलौदा, जिला जांजगीर-चांपा।
अमित भारद्वाज (उम्र 29 वर्ष) – निवासी: ग्राम बगडबरी, थाना बलौदा, जिला जांजगीर-चांपा।
पूछताछ में आरोपियों ने स्वीकार किया कि वे रात के अंधेरे में स्कार्पियो और ट्राइबर वाहनों से हाईवे पर निकलते थे। सुनसान जगहों पर खड़ी गाड़ियों के डीजल टैंक को तोड़कर ये लोग डीजल लूटते थे और विरोध करने पर चालकों से मारपीट करते थे।
सिरगिट्टी क्षेत्र: 18 मई 2026 को बेवरेज कॉर्पोरेशन के सामने डीजल चोरी का विरोध करने पर आरोपियों ने प्रार्थी के साथ मारपीट की थी। (अपराध क्र. 368/2026)
कोनी क्षेत्र: 24 मई 2026 को आरोपियों ने एक ट्रेलर (CG 10 BL 8136) की टंकी तोड़कर करीब 9500 रुपये मूल्य का 100 लीटर डीजल लूटा था। इसके अलावा 28 मार्च 2026 को सेंदरी के पास एक अन्य ट्रेलर से 25,000 रुपये का डीजल चोरी किया था। (अपराध क्र. 264/2026 एवं 119/2026)
अन्य जिलों में भी फैला था नेटवर्क:
पूछताछ में आरोपियों ने बिलासपुर के अलावा बेमेतरा, बलौदाबाजार, कवर्धा, महासमुंद, रायगढ़, कोरबा, सरगांव और जांजगीर जैसे कई जिलों के हाईवे क्षेत्रों में भी इसी तरह की दर्जनों वारदातों को अंजाम देना स्वीकार किया है।
पुलिस की कार्रवाई और बरामदगी:
पुलिस ने आरोपियों के पास से वारदात में इस्तेमाल की गई एक स्कार्पियो, एक रेनॉल्ट ट्राइबर कार, एक धारदार चाकू, 74 लीटर डीजल और कुल 2600 रुपये नगद बरामद किए हैं। आरोपियों के खिलाफ भारतीय न्याय संहिता (BNS) की धारा 303(2), 111, 309(4), 3(5) एवं आर्म्स एक्ट के तहत मामला दर्ज कर उन्हें न्यायिक रिमांड पर न्यायालय में पेश किया गया है।
गिरोह के अन्य फरार सदस्यों की पहचान कर ली गई है। जल्द ही विशेष टीम द्वारा उन्हें भी गिरफ्तार कर इस पूरे सिंडिकेट को पूरी तरह ध्वस्त कर दिया जाएगा।
