कुदुदण्ड क्षेत्र में पुलिस की बड़ी कार्यवाही; आर्म्स एक्ट एवं प्रतिबंधात्मक धाराओं के तहत 10 आरोपी गिरफ्तार।
बिलासपुर शहर की सुरक्षा और कानून-व्यवस्था को अक्षुण्ण बनाए रखने के संकल्प के साथ, पुलिस अधीक्षक के निर्देशानुसार थाना सिविल लाईन पुलिस द्वारा लगातार गश्त और चेकिंग अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। इसी कड़ी में आज दिनांक 20 दिसम्बर 2025 को कुदुदण्ड और आसपास के संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों में पुलिस टीम ने विशेष अभियान चलाकर असामाजिक तत्वों के विरुद्ध कड़ी कार्यवाही की। इस कार्यवाही का मुख्य उद्देश्य सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर भय का माहौल पैदा करने वाले अपराधियों पर नकेल कसना और क्षेत्र में शांति स्थापित करना है।
1. आर्म्स एक्ट के तहत कार्यवाही: अवैध हथियारों के साथ दो गिरफ्तार
पुलिस टीम को सूचना मिली थी कि कुदुदण्ड क्षेत्र में कुछ युवक सार्वजनिक स्थान पर अवैध हथियारों के साथ घूम रहे हैं और आम जनता को डरा रहे हैं। त्वरित कार्यवाही करते हुए पुलिस बल ने घेराबंदी कर दो युवकों को धर दबोचा। तलाशी के दौरान उनके पास से 02 नग लोहे के धारदार चापड़ बरामद किए गए।
गिरफ्तार आरोपियों का विवरण:
पवन भोसले (25 वर्ष), पिता गजानंद भोसले, निवासी कुदुदण्ड।
दुर्गेश राव मराठा (22 वर्ष), पिता गुलाब राव, निवासी कुदुदण्ड।
पुलिस ने आरोपियों के विरुद्ध आर्म्स एक्ट की प्रासंगिक धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज कर हथियार जप्त कर लिए हैं। पुलिस का मानना है कि इन हथियारों का उपयोग किसी बड़ी घटना को अंजाम देने के लिए किया जा सकता था, जिसे समय रहते रोक लिया गया।
2. असामाजिक तत्वों पर नकेल: 08 व्यक्तियों पर प्रतिबंधात्मक कार्यवाही
क्षेत्र में आपसी विवाद, मारपीट की आशंका और अशांति फैलाने की लगातार मिल रही शिकायतों को गंभीरता से लेते हुए सिविल लाईन पुलिस ने विशेष ‘क्लीन-अप’ अभियान चलाया। इस दौरान कुल 08 व्यक्तियों को चिन्हित किया गया जो क्षेत्र की शांति भंग करने की कोशिश कर रहे थे। पुलिस ने इनके विरुद्ध प्रतिबंधात्मक धाराओं (CrPC/BNSS) के तहत कार्यवाही की है।
कुदुदण्ड क्षेत्र से: केला उर्फ हिमांशु ठाकुर (25 वर्ष), नीरज उर्फ निक्कू यादव (18 वर्ष 06 माह), और शेख रजाक (47 वर्ष)।
अन्य क्षेत्रों से: जाहिद खान (मंगला), किलकेश बघेल (जरहाभाठा), मोहम्मद मोबीन खान (मगरपारा), मोहम्मद आसिफ (तालापारा) और सलमान खान (शिवरीनारायण)।
यह कार्यवाही उन लोगों के लिए एक कड़ा संदेश है जो छोटी-छोटी बातों पर विवाद कर मोहल्ले का माहौल खराब करते हैं। पुलिस ने स्पष्ट किया है कि भविष्य में भी ऐसे तत्वों पर कड़ी निगरानी रखी जाएगी।
थाना प्रभारी सिविल लाईन ने बताया कि बिलासपुर पुलिस अपराध मुक्त शहर की दिशा में काम कर रही है। कुदुदण्ड जैसे घने बसे क्षेत्रों में पुलिस की उपस्थिति बढ़ाई गई है। संदिग्ध गतिविधियों की सूचना देने के लिए आम नागरिक सीधे थाने या हेल्पलाईन नंबर पर संपर्क कर सकते हैं। आज की गई इस संयुक्त कार्यवाही से न केवल अपराधियों में भय व्याप्त होगा, बल्कि आम नागरिकों में सुरक्षा की भावना भी सुदृढ़ होगी।
