थाना कोनी पुलिस की बड़ी कार्यवाही: जन चौपाल के बाद 02 आरोपियों पर प्रतिबंधात्मक कार्यवाही, भेजे गए जेल
बिलासपुर:पुलिस अधीक्षक बिलासपुर के निर्देशानुसार जिले में शांति एवं सुरक्षा व्यवस्था बनाए रखने हेतु चलाए जा रहे अभियान के तहत, आज थाना कोनी पुलिस द्वारा प्रभावी कार्यवाही की गई। क्षेत्र में आयोजित ‘चलित थाना जन चौपाल’ के दौरान प्राप्त शिकायतों एवं संभावित विवाद व मारपीट की घटनाओं को रोकने के उद्देश्य से दो व्यक्तियों के विरुद्ध कड़ी कानूनी कार्यवाही की गई है।
मामले का विवरण
थाना कोनी क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत शांति व्यवस्था भंग करने की आशंका और स्थानीय विवादों की शिकायतों पर संज्ञान लेते हुए पुलिस ने त्वरित एक्शन लिया। पुलिस द्वारा धारा 170, 126 एवं 135(3) BNSS के तहत प्रतिबंधात्मक कार्यवाही करते हुए दो आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया। इन आरोपियों के विरुद्ध क्षेत्र में अशांति फैलाने और संभावित हिंसक घटनाओं में संलिप्त होने की शिकायतें प्राप्त हुई थीं।

न्यायिक प्रक्रिया
पकड़े गए दोनों आरोपियों को पुलिस अभिरक्षा में लेकर विधिवत गिरफ्तार किया गया और माननीय न्यायालय के समक्ष प्रस्तुत किया गया है।
